Today where we have information in an instant we also have a lot of inaccuracies. In various media the general public have been told how to live life, get fit, lose weight in 3 hours to 30 days! My desire is to help and educate people towards these goals but in a healthy way, allowing them to achieve results while still having their full life. The two principles in my program are : fitness and nutrition , learning to eat the cultural foods that you are accustomed to in a way to keep you healthy.
In addition to personal training and teaching Virginia also offers training seminars at your business to help get your employees fit and on the road to health. Virginia F. Balmforth, MS N.P.T.I has a masters degree in holistic nutrition from Clayton College of Natural health as well as a diploma from the National Personal Training Institiue in Philadelphia.
She personal trains and consults with clients in home, lectures about health and fitness for business and teaches the nutrition progam at N.P.T.I..
